Axis Labs does not knowingly accept orders from or supply products to individuals under the age of 18. All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. Customers are responsible for independently assessing and verifying the suitability of any product for their specific research application.
All prices displayed on the Axis Labs website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Prices may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice. All orders are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful payment.
Axis Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, or an order is suspected of breaching these Terms and Conditions.
A tax invoice will be issued for each successfully paid order.
Axis Labs reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to a customer account or associated email address where reasonably necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, circumstances involving:
Suspected fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or chargebacks.
Repeated non-payment or failure to complete orders.
Abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behaviour towards Axis Labs staff or representatives.
Evidence or reasonable suspicion that products are being used in breach of our Research Use Restrictions.
Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order.
Conduct that breaches these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws and regulations.
Important: Restricted accounts may be prevented from placing new orders. Any store credit associated with a restricted account may also be temporarily suspended while the circumstances giving rise to the restriction are reviewed.
Axis Labs may take any reasonable action necessary to protect its business, customers, payment systems, and compliance obligations.
Axis Labs accepts card payments using the payment methods made available at checkout.
Card payments are securely processed through a third-party payment provider. Axis Labs does not directly store or process customers’ complete card details.
An order will only be considered successfully placed once payment has been authorised and confirmed. Where a payment is declined, reversed, or cannot be successfully verified, the associated order may be cancelled.
If you believe there is an issue with an order or payment, we ask that you contact Axis Labs first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter before a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or card provider.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, Axis Labs may provide relevant transaction, order, correspondence, fulfilment, delivery, and product records to the applicable payment processor, financial institution, or card scheme as part of the dispute process.
Where a chargeback is determined to be invalid or relates to an order that was correctly supplied and delivered as described, Axis Labs reserves the right to restrict the associated customer account and, where permitted by law, seek recovery of reasonable fees or costs incurred as a result of the dispute.
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar loss or damage arising from the purchase, handling, storage, use, or inability to use our products.
Where permitted by law, Axis Labs’ total liability in connection with a product or order will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
This limitation is subject to our Disclaimer of Warranties and does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
Axis Labs will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions where the delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, postal or carrier disruptions, strikes or service suspensions, natural disasters, fires, floods, severe weather events, pandemics, government actions or restrictions, civil unrest, power or telecommunications outages, and supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory disruptions.
Where such an event occurs, Axis Labs will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and resume normal operations as soon as reasonably practicable.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of products supplied by Axis Labs complies with all applicable local, state, territory, and Commonwealth laws and regulations.
By placing an order with Axis Labs, you acknowledge that you are responsible for determining whether the products you purchase may be lawfully acquired, possessed, and used for their intended research purpose in your jurisdiction.
All content available on the Axis Labs website, including product descriptions, written content, images, graphics, laboratory results, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), logos, branding, design elements, and underlying website code, is owned by or licensed to Axis Labs and is protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.
Visitors are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and view the website for lawful personal or research procurement purposes.
Unless prior written permission has been obtained from Axis Labs, website content must not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, commercially exploited, or otherwise used in a manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of Axis Labs or its licensors.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to an order, delivery, payment, or product purchased from Axis Labs, the following process applies:
Email info@axislabpeptides.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting evidence, such as photographs or tracking information.
Complaints must be submitted within any applicable timeframes outlined in these Terms and Conditions or our Shipping Policy, including:
Damaged or incorrect products: within 48 hours of delivery.
Parcels believed to be lost in transit: within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Axis Labs will review the complaint and any relevant order, payment, product, or carrier information. We aim to complete our initial review within 5 business days.
If additional information or evidence is required to investigate the matter, we will contact you using the details associated with your order.
Once the matter has been reviewed, Axis Labs will communicate the outcome to you.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement, store credit, account adjustment, refund, or other remedy in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, our applicable policies, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If you are not satisfied with the initial outcome, you may request that the matter be escalated for further review by contacting us in writing.
Axis Labs will aim to complete the final internal review within 10 business days and communicate the outcome to you.
Customers must communicate with Axis Labs staff in an appropriate and respectful manner throughout the dispute resolution process.
Abusive, threatening, harassing, or intimidating behaviour may result in communication being restricted and the associated account being restricted or suspended in accordance with our Account Restrictions.
Any restriction on communication or account access does not affect any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of Australia.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axis Labs, its officers, employees, and representatives from and against any claim, loss, liability, cost, or expense arising out of or in connection with:
Your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Your unlawful or unauthorised use of any product supplied by Axis Labs.
Your use of any product for purposes other than the laboratory research and analytical purposes for which it is supplied, including any use for or on humans or animals.
This indemnity does not apply to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and does not exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referenced within them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Axis Labs regarding your use of the website and the purchase of products.
They supersede any prior representations, agreements, understandings, or communications relating to these matters, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or modified only to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply and remain in full force and effect.
